Hi, I’m Courtney!

I'm interested in solving complex user challenges through clean, thoughtful design.

Right now, I’m a Principal Product Designer at Capital One, working on consumer facing products in Card and Bank.

Previously, I was designing at Thrive TRM, a startup in the talent space creating better ways for companies to manage their relationships throughout the hiring process.

In my prior life, I was designing leadership solutions for clients like Verizon, Tory Burch, Citigroup and Juilliard at Egon Zehnder. I also co-founded a social-emotional education startup called Gen Why Kids Tutoring while studying Sociology at Columbia University.

I spend my free time writing, reading psychology books, doing color analysis, learning about art, watching YouTube and going on DIY food tours in NYC. I love to hike and travel, most recently to Antigua, Guatemala and Prague, Czechia.
